SHIPPING TIME:
Orders are shipped from warehouses in Texas, California, Florida, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Tennessee.
All orders will arrive in 1-6 business days. Customers will be notified within 24 hours if items are out-of-stock.
CLAIMS:
All claims must be made within 72 hours upon receipt of goods. Damage on all shipments must be reported to UPS driver or noted on the bill of landing at the time of delivery.
RETURNS:
All returns to Austin Cotton require a Return Authorization number. Returns are not accept after the 72 hours. Returns made without a Return Authorization number will not be accepted.
SHIPPING CARRIER:
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Customer must request alternate shipping at the time the order is placed to guarantee delivery.
